An hour at your place. We walk the job with you, ask the questions nobody has asked you yet, and tell you what we think you are in for. You owe nothing at the end of it.
Five hours minimum. $1,100 inc GST.
We quote off what we saw at your place, not off a price list. Five hours is the floor: discovery, and the whole thing written down, what is coming, in what order, and what is due. After that, $220 an hour inc GST in blocks you agree before they start, with a note every Monday showing what you have used and what is left. You engage and pay every trade yourself, which is what keeps every contract, and every dollar, in your hands.
Care renewal.
Built around the four-year certificate. The date sits in your diary, we remind you when it comes round, and you get the registered inspectors working your area so you can pick one. We never certify anything and we never book anyone: the certificate comes from a registered inspector, and it is issued in your name.
You hire each trade, you pay each trade, and nobody stands in between taking a cut for standing there. We take no commission, no referral fee and no markup. Our only income is your fee, and you know it before we start.
