Poolside Partners was founded by Sharon and Rhonda to take the pressure off homeowners building a pool.
We’re independent — we don’t sell pools and we don’t take kickbacks from trades. That means every decision we make is in your interest, not a supplier’s. Local to Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine, we know the trades, the councils and the ground you’re building on.

When should I call you?
As soon as you’ve signed for your pool — ideally before excavation. The earlier we plan, the smoother and cheaper the build runs.
Are you really independent?
Yes. We don’t sell pools and we don’t take commissions from trades. Our only job is to run your project in your interest.
What does it cost?
We scope each project individually and quote up front, so you know exactly what management costs before anything starts.
What exactly do you manage?
Every trade between a signed pool contract and a finished, compliant backyard — plumbing, electrical, fencing, landscaping and all the gaps in between.
