Poolside Partners is a small business run by Bernard Petter as a sole trader, ABN 73 521 325 586, in Geelong, Victoria. This page says what we collect when you get in touch, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site or on Facebook or Instagram, we ask for your name, mobile number, email address, suburb, and where your pool is up to. If you ring or email us, we keep what you tell us about your pool so we do not have to ask twice.

Why we collect it

To ring or email you back about your enquiry, to come to your kitchen table if you ask us to, and to send you the written notes we promise. That is all. We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Details from a Facebook or Instagram form sit in Meta's Leads Centre, under Meta's own privacy policy, and in our business inbox. Details from this website go to our business inbox. They are seen by the two people who run Poolside Partners and nobody else. We do not sell, rent or swap your details, and we do not pass them to pool builders, trades or anyone else without asking you first.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Search Console to count visits and see which pages are read. That data is aggregated and does not identify you. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works.

Your details, your call

Email hello@poolsidepartners.com.au or ring 0401 197 855 and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We do that within a week.
