Plumbing
Sources marked out, underground pipes identified — especially under the pool — backwash correctly plumbed to sewer, and every outlet sorted before the slabs go down.
Electrical
Every pool-specific requirement met and signed off: earth-to-house switchboard bonding, dedicated equipment circuits, and safety certificates issued.
Fencing
Permanent compliant pool fencing plus temporary safety fencing during the build — inspected and certified to keep you legal from day one.
Landscaping
Tiling, coping, drainage, garden prep and synthetic grass — the finishing trades that turn a hole in the ground into a backyard you actually use.
